Crime Prevention.
By means of this and in consideration of the principle of speciality, the Meeting of Shareholders of the
company IPA S.A. Ruth. 76.078.470-2 dated September 1 of this year, agreed by
Unanimity to make a consultation and request regarding the registration that currently has the
company IPA S.A. in the Register of Certifying Entities of Crime Prevention Models
of the Commission for the Financial Market (N211).
At the Meeting described above, it was stated that, since IPA S.A. additionally develops the
audit and is registered in the Commission’s register of External Audit Companies for
the Financial Market (N*34), in accordance with international best practices, would be desirable
separate the lines of Audit and Model Certification, which would allow a better specialization
in those areas. The above will be carried out through the constitution of a new company
called IPA COMPLIANCE LIMITADA in which only the current partners of IPA S.A. will participate.

In accordance with the foregoing and in accordance with the principles of continuity and economy, the
Commission for the Financial Market (CMF) that the new company IPA COMPLIANCE LIMITADA
replace IPA S.A. in the Register of Certifying Entities of Crime Prevention Models,
keeping the same numeral (N211). In the event that the Commission for the Financial Market
approve, said change would be carried out as of January 1, 2023.
