That it was agreed at the ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors to distribute a total dividend of Ch$60,799,912.,
This is $34,475,168. for Series P, $21,958,895. for Series Z, and $4,365,849. for Serie A
in accordance with the policy of distributing dividends quarterly to the Fund’s quotas in the
proportion that each Series of Quotas represents in the total patrimony of the Fund according to
as indicated in its Internal Regulations.
Additionally, we point out that the dividend will be paid to those who are registered with the
midnight on the fifth business day prior to November 14, 2022, as indicated
in Article 80 of Law 20,712.
