on behalf of Zurich Chile Asset Management Administradora General de Fondos
S.A. (the “Administrator”), management company of Zurich Renta Investment Fund
Residential 1 (the “Fund”), we communicate to you as an ESSENTIAL FACT that in
Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors was agreed, approve the pledge of the shares of the so-
ciedad San Miguel SpA to guarantee a bank loan with the International Bank, for the
purchase of the Álvarez de Tolero Building and other corporate purposes.
