Chile the following:
1. To approve the annual account of the Fund, relating to the management and administration of the Fund, and the
Financial Statements for 2021. It was also agreed not to distribute dividends;
2. To elect Mr Sergio as members of the Supervisory Committee for the financial year 2022.
Javier Quintana Urioste, Sergio Ramiro Espínola Ortega and Jorge Iván Sepúlveda Torres;
3. To set a maximum annual budget of expenses for the Vigilance Committee of UF 50, for the
2022 financial year;
4. Agree on a remuneration of 20 UF for each of the sessions carried out with a
maximum of 6 paid meetings per year for each member of the Supervisory Committee; and
5. Designate EY as an External Audit Firm to examine accounting, inventory,
balance sheet and other financial statements of the Fund for the financial year 2022.
