That it was agreed at the ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors to distribute a total provisional dividend of
$82,620,538., or $34,854,016. for Series P, $42,060,714. for Series Z, and $5,705,808.
for Series A according to the policy of distributing dividends quarterly to the quotas of the
Fund in the proportion that each Series of Quotas represents in the total patrimony of the Fund of
in accordance with the provisions of its Internal Regulations.
Additionally, we point out that the dividend will be paid to those who are registered with the
midnight on the fifth business day prior to May 9, 2022, as indicated in the
Article 80 of Law 20,712.
