and on behalf of Zurich Chile Asset Management General Administrator of
Fondos S.A. (“the Administrator”), the investment fund management company
Zurich Property 1 (“the Fund”), we communicate as a MATERIAL FACT
that in the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors held on November 23
at 10:30 a.m., it was agreed to appoint the External Audit Company, Surlatina Au-
ditores Limitada, to examine the financial statements of the Fund for the period
2022.
