In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20.712 in relation to
Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045, being duly empowered to that effect
and on behalf of Zurich Chile Asset Management General Administrator of
Fondos S.A. (“the Administrator”), investment fund management company
Zurich Property 1 (“the Fund”), we communicate as a MATERIAL FACT
that in the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors held on October 3 at
11:00 a.m., the opinion of the external auditor EY AUDIT SpA was approved, with its respects.
Financial Statements of the Fund as at 31 December 2021, which had been
previously approved at the Fund’s Ordinary Assembly held on May 25
past, whose opinion was pending.
