Ref.: Communicates as an Essential Fact the merger of the “Zurich ESG Investment Fund”
Investment Grade Latam” and the “Zurich Equities Argentina Investment Fund”.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712, and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market,
we hereby communicate as a Material Fact, the following:
In board session of Zurich Chile Asset Management General Administrator of
Fondos S.A., the merger by absorption between the Zurich ESG Investment Fund was agreed
Investment Grade Latam (the “Absorbing Fund”) and the Zurich Equities Investment Fund
Argentina (the “Merging Fund”), by incorporating all assets
and of the contributors of the Merging Fund to the Absorbing Fund, which, for all purposes,
legal, is the legal continuator of the merged funds.
Likewise, and dated August 4, 2022, in compliance with the provisions of the Standard
of General Character N* 365 and in General Rule N* 370, both of that
The Commission proceeded to deposit the consolidated text of the Rules of Procedure of the Commission.
Absorbing Fund in the Public Register of Deposits of Internal Regulations, which
It will take effect on September 3, 2022, the same date on which the
Merger of investment funds.
