Ref: Communicates Essential Fact
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9% and subsection
second of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the
provided in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding myself
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Investment Weg-4 (the “Fund”), the decrease of the fund’s capital by decreasing the
quota value in the terms regulated in numeral a) number ONE, Title X. “Increases and
Capital Reductions” of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, in order to carry out the distribution
of capital for a total amount amounting to US$510,000.00 with a distribution of:
USD$330,938.29 corresponding to series A; USD$2,885.63 corresponding to series C and
USD$176,176.08 Series E.
The capital decrease will be paid in cash and in cash as of October 27,
2022, in the offices of the Administrator located in Balmoral 309 Of 1601, commune of Las
Condes, Santiago, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., or by transfer to the account
bank current that the contributor has indicated, and those who will be entitled to this dividend
contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day
prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by them at that date.
