Ref.:: Communicate Essential Fact
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and in the subsection
second of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the
provided in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding myself
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Investment Weg-3 (the “Fund”), the distribution of provisional dividend No. 19 charged to
Net Profits Received for 2022, in accordance with the provisions of section FIVE
numeral 5.3 of the Fund’s Internal Regulations, Profit Sharing Policy. The total amount
to be distributed amounts to $ 30,000,000.-, which is equivalent to $ 3.94123048 for each installment subscribed and
paid that is entitled to a dividend on the date of payment indicated below:
The dividend will be paid in cash and in cash from December 20, 2022,
by transfer to the bank current account that the contributor has indicated, and will have
right to this dividend those contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors
at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments
that they are holders on that date.
