Ref: Communicates Essential Fact
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 and subsection
second of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the
provided in the General Standard N* 30 and its amendments, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Investment Weg-3 (the “Fund”, the distribution of the provisional dividend N* 16 charged to the
Net Profits Received for 2022, in accordance with the provisions of section FIVE
numeral 5.3 of the Fund’s Internal Regulations, Profit Sharing Policy. The total amount
to be distributed amounts to $ 31,000,380.-, which is equivalent to $ 4.081300081 for each installment subscribed and
paid that is entitled to a dividend on the date of payment indicated below:
The dividend will be paid in cash and in cash as of September 23, 2022, in
the offices of the Administrator located at Avda. Los Militares 5953 Of 1601, commune of Las Militares
Condes, Santiago, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., or by transfer to the account
bank current that the contributor has indicated, and those who will be entitled to this dividend
contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day
prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by them at that date.
