From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and in the second paragraph of the
Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions of the Standard
of General Character N* 30 and its modifications, being duly authorized, by the
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Weg-3 Investment Fund (the “Fund”, the
distribution of provisional dividend No. 14 against net profits received for the year
2022, in accordance with the provisions of section FIVE numeral 5.3 of the Fund’s Internal Regulations,
Profit Sharing Policy. The total amount to be distributed amounts to $ 33,512,408.-, which is equivalent to
$4.1765 for each installment subscribed and paid that is entitled to dividend on the payment date indicated at
continuation:
The dividend will be paid as of July 21, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator located
in Avda. Los Militares 5953 Of 1601, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
1:30 p.m., or by transfer to the bank current account indicated by the contributor, and
those contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors will be entitled to this dividend
at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments of
that are holders on that date.
