Ref: Communicates Essential Fact
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9% and subsection
second of Article 10″ of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the
provided in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding myself
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Investment Weg-2 (the “Fund”, the distribution of the provisional dividend N* 21 charged to the
Net Profit Received for the quarter July to September 2022, as stipulated
in section FIVE numeral 5.3 of the Internal Regulations of the Fund, Distribution Policy of
Proceeds. The total amount to be distributed amounts to $ 559,782,759.-, which will be distributed among the
series of quotas of the Fund in proportion to the rights that each series represents on
the total assets of the Fund.
The dividend will be paid in cash as of October 11, 2022, by transfer to the
bank current account that the contributor has indicated, and will be entitled to this dividend
those contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors at midnight of the fifth
working day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by that
date.
