From our consideration:
Under the provisions of Article 9? and in the second paragraph of the
Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions of the Standard
of General Character N” 30 and its modifications, being duly authorized, by the
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the WEG-2 Investment Fund (the “Fund”), the
distribution of interim dividend N* 19 against Net Profit Received for the quarter
January to March 2022, in accordance with the provisions of section FIVE numeral 5.3 of the
Internal Rules of the Fund, Profit Sharing Policy. The total amount to be distributed
amounts to $ $ 216,480,520.-, which will be distributed among the series of quotas of the Fund in the form
proportional to the rights that each Series represents over the total assets of the Fund.
The dividend will be paid in cash as of April 12, 2022, by transfer to the account
bank current that the contributor has indicated, and those who will be entitled to this dividend
contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors at midnight on the fifth working day
prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by them at that date.
