Ref: Communicates Essential Fact
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 92 and subsection
second of article 10% of Law N2 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the
provided in General Standard N2 30 and its amendments, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund.
of Investment Weg-1 (the “Fund”), the distribution of the interim dividend N2 84 charged to
the profits of the Fund for the year ending December 31, 2023. The amount

subscribed and paid that is entitled to a dividend on the date of payment indicated below:
The dividend will be paid in cash as of March 7, 2023, by transfer
to the bank current account that the contributor has indicated, and will be entitled to this
dividend those contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors to the
midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date of payment, in proportion to the number of
quotas held at that date.
