PRESENT
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10″ of the Law on
Securities Market, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 on the Administration of Securities Funds
Third Parties and Individual Portfolios, being duly empowered, I hereby inform you
as an essential fact of WEG Investment Fund – 1 (the “Fund” the following:
1. That, the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on May 11, 2022,
agreed to increase the number of assessed contributions subscribed and paid to the Fund from 42,335 to the amount of
of 42,335,000 quotas, approving for this purpose the exchange ratio of quotas already subscribed and paid
of the Fund for new assessed contributions issued of 1,000 new quotas for every 1 instalment already subscribed, and
paid from the Fund.
As reported, this increase in the number of quotas will be materialized by the board of directors of the
administrator and will take effect on the business day following the holding of the board of directors’ session

2. That, on May 30, 2022, the board of directors of the administrator adopted, among others, the
following agreements;
/i/- Materialize the agreement of number of quotas, in the terms instructed by the assembly
extraordinary contributors;
/ii/- Issue, consequently, 41,623,335 quotas of the same characteristics as the existing ones;

/iti/ Proceed to the exchange of quotas under the indicated exchange ratio, corresponding to each
contributor to the Fund 1,000 installments of the new issue for each quota held to
this date.
liv! That the materialization of the increase in the number of quotas occurs for all purposes at the
business day following the dispatch of this Essential Fact to this committee.
