Ref. Appointment to Ordinary Assembly of Contributors.
From our consideration,
Along with greeting you, we inform you that by agreement of the board of directors of Vantrust Capital Administradora
General de Fondos S.A., the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Vantrust Investment Fund is summoned
Real Estate Financing II, to be held at the offices located at Av. Cerro el Plomo N* 5420, floor
18 in first summons on May 19, 2023, at 12:00 noon, and in second summons to be held in
the same place also on May 19, 2023, at 12:30 p.m., in order to pronounce on the
matters pertaining to their knowledge, namely:
() Approve the annual account of the fund and the corresponding financial statements.
(ii) To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee.
(iii) Approve the expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee.
(iv) To fix the remuneration of the Supervisory Committee.
(v) Designate the external audit firm.
(vi) In general, any matter of common interest of the contributors that is not specific to a
Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors.
Contributors who are registered in the respective Registry in the
midnight of the fifth day prior to the date of its celebration.
It is noted that, in accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 435 and the Circular Letter
N* 1141, remote attendance at the assembly will be allowed. In accordance with the above, it was agreed and approved the
Use of technological means and procedures necessary to prove the identity of persons
that they participate remotely in it or of its power, if any, and its voting. The link and keys are attached,
so that you can join on the day of the celebration of the assembly, in the mail in which you receive this appointment.
The qualification of proxies, if applicable, shall be carried out on the same day of the Meeting, at the place of its
celebration and at the time it should start.
