Ref. Communicates ESSENTIAL FACT indicating “Vantrust Investment Fund
Multifamily Value-Add T”.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and in articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, we communicate
as an ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
It is reported that the board of directors of Vantrust Capital Administradora General de Fondos S.A.
agreed to distribute a provisional dividend from the fund called “Investment Fund”
Vantrust Multifamily Value-Add TI” (the “Fund”), charged to profit for the year
2022, amounting to the total sum of $ 7,987.26 dollars, so that each contributor to the Fund
receive the amount of $0.0055 for each subscribed and paid contribution to the Fund.
This provisional dividend will be paid in dollars, in cash as of January 10,
2023, by electronic transfer of funds and will be entitled to collect it every contributor
registered in the Register of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date
in which payment is due.
