From our consideration:
Hereby, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No.
20,712, Article 9 and the second subsection of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, and duly
authorized by the Board of Directors of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos
(the “Administrator”), I hereby communicate to you, as a material fact regarding the

At the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the TPL Investment Chile Investment Fund (the “TPL Investment Chile”) (the “TPL Investment Chile”).

i. The approval of the annual account of the Fund’s management by the Fund’s Board of Directors.
