Extraordinary Fund Contributors of
Inversión TPL Investment Chile.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 18* of Law N* 20,712,
Article 9* and second paragraph of Article 10* of Law N* 18,045, and duly empowered
by the Board of Directors of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
“Administrator”), I inform you, as an essential fact with respect to the
Administrator, the following:
At the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the TPL Investment Fund Chile (the
“Fund”), held on March 14, 2023, it was agreed:
i. To approve the extension of the term of the Fund for an additional period of 1 year,
so that the Fund will be valid until March 25, 2024.
ii The other necessary agreements were adopted to implement the decisions
taken by the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors.
