From our consideration:
By means of this, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 18* of Law N* 20,712, Article
9? and second paragraph of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045, and duly empowered by the Board of Directors of
Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), I inform you, in
the following:
In a meeting held on February 28, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Administrator has agreed
next:
To summon the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the TPL Investment Fund Chile (the
“Fund”) for the next day March 14, 2023, at 4:30 p.m., at Avenida El Bosque Norte 0177,
4th floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, notwithstanding the possibility that one or more contributors
may appear by technological means, in accordance with the provisions of the Character Standard
General No. 435 and Circular Offices No. 1.141 and 1.149 of the Commission for the Financial Market,
Given the circumstances.
The matters to be discussed in said Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors will be the following:
(a) To approve the extension of the duration of the Fund for an additional period of 1 year, and;
b) Adopt the other agreements deemed pertinent.
The Board of Directors of the Administrator, in accordance with General Standard No. 435 and the Offices
Circulars N*1.141 and 1.149, of the Commission for the Financial Market, will inform with due
Anticipation to the contributing gentlemen about the remote technological means that will be used
to allow remote participation and voting, indicating the mechanism for this and the way in which
that each contributor or his representative, may prove his identity and power, as appropriate.
