From our consideration:
By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 18* of Law N* 20,712,
Article 9* and second paragraph of Article 10* of Law N* 18,045, and duly empowered
by the Board of Directors of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
“Administrator”), I inform you, as an essential fact with respect to the
Administrator, the following:
At the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the TPL Investment Fund Chile (the
“Fund”), held on 30 January 2023, 100% of the quotas present in the
Assembly abstained from pronouncing in favour or against the proposal submitted to
its consideration, because of which it was considered not approved.
