From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9% and the second paragraph of the
Article 10% of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the
General Character N*30, being duly empowered as manager
general de Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
TPL Investment Chile (the Fund) the following:
Under the provisions of Article 34 of Title XI Increases and decreases of
Capital of the Internal Regulations of the Fund, the Fund may make decreases
voluntary and partial capital, by decision of the Administrator and without the need for
any agreement of an Assembly of Contributors, for up to 100% of the subscribed quotas
and paid from the Fund, or from the value of the contributions to the Fund, in order to return to all
the Contributors the proportional part of their investment in the Fund.
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on August 24
of 2022, a decrease in the capital of the Fund was agreed, through the reduction of the
value of the fund’s quota, for the total amount of USD 440,000.00.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the indicated decrease will be made from
of August 30, 2022 at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th day
before the date of payment, pro rata to the number of quotas held by them.
