of TPL Investment Fund Contributors
Investment Chile.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 18* of Law N* 20,712,
Article 9* and second paragraph of Article 10* of Law N* 18,045, and duly empowered
by the Board of Directors of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
“Administrator”), I inform you, as an essential fact with respect to the
Administrator, the following:
At the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the TPL Investment Chile Investment Fund (the “TPL Investment Chile”) (the “TPL Investment Chile”).
“Fund”), held on May 19, 2022, it was agreed:
i. The approval of the annual account of the Fund’s management by the Fund’s Board of Directors.

That the members of the Supervisory Committee do not receive any remuneration for their work.

That the expenditure budget for the Fund’s Supervisory Committee amounts to
200 Development Units, until the celebration of the next Ordinary Assembly
of Contributors.
The designation of PKF as the Fund’s external audit firm
for the financial year 2022.
The designation of Analytics Lab as the firm of valuators
independent of the Fund for the financial year 2022.
Finally, the other necessary agreements were adopted to implement the
decisions taken by the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors.
