Investment Fund SURA Am Desarrollo Inmobiliario Proyectos Chile
From our consideration:
In my capacity as General Manager of the Administradora General de Fondos Sura S.A., the management company of the Sura Am Desarrollo Inmobiliario Proyectos Chile Investment Fund (hereinafter the “Fund”), in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and second paragraph of Article No. 10 of Law No. 18,045 and General Rule No. 30 of this Commission and being duly authorized, I hereby communicate to you as an Essential Fact the following:
That on May 18, 2023, the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors was held, in which the following was agreed:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator, relating to the management and administration of the Fund, and the financial statements for the year 2022 were unanimously approved.
2. The distribution of provisional dividends as definitive dividends was ratified.
3. The election of the members of the Supervisory Committee was approved and the following were appointed:
1. Jose Arturo del Río Leyton
2. Jose Joaquin Del Real
3. Ignacio Rodriguez Llona
4. The revenue and expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee was adopted unanimously and a budget of 150 annual promotion units was agreed.
5. The remuneration of the Supervisory Committee was unanimously approved, agreeing on a remuneration of UF 10 gross for each one per session attended, with a maximum of 5 paid sessions per year.
6. The annual appointment of BDO as external auditors was approved from among those registered in the register kept for this purpose by the Commission for the Financial Market, to rule on the Fund.
7. The appointment of GEA Tasaciones and Transsa as appreciators of the Fund’s investments was unanimously approved.
