From our consideration:
In my capacity as General Manager of Administradora General de Fondos Sura S.A., a company
administrator of the Investment Fund Sura Am Desarrollo Inmobiliario Proyectos Chile (hereinafter
the Fund”), in accordance with Article 9 and the second subparagraph of Article 10 of
Law No. 18,045 and General Rule No. 30 of this Commission and being duly
I hereby communicate to you as an Essential Fact the following:
That on May 16, 2022, the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors was held, in which
Agreed as follows:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator was unanimously approved.
on the management and administration of the Fund, and the financial statements
corresponding to the year 2021.
2. The election of the members of the Supervisory Committee was approved, the following being appointed:
1. Jose Arturo del Río Leyton
2. Juan Eduardo Coeymans Avaria
3. Ignacio Rodriguez Llona
3. The revenue and expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee was adopted unanimously
agreeing on a budget of 150 annual development units.
4. The remuneration of the Supervisory Committee was approved unanimously, and
a remuneration of UF 10 gross for each one per session they attend, with a
Maximum of 5 paid sessions per year.
5. The annual appointment of BDO as external auditors from among those
registered in the register kept for this purpose by the Commission for the Financial Market, for
to give an opinion on the Fund.
6. The designation of GEA Appraisals and Real Source as
appreciators of the Fund’s investments.
