REF: Summons to Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
Investment Fund SURA AM Desarrollo Inmobiliario Proyectos Chile
From our consideration:
We inform you, that the directory of Administradora General de
Fondos SURA S.A., on April 29, 2022, agreed to summon the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of
Investment Fund SURA AM Desarrollo Inmobiliario Proyectos Chile (hereinafter the “Fund”) in the
offices of Avda. Apoquindo 4820, 22nd floor, Las Condes, city of Santiago, and in order to
ensure the participation of contributors who cannot attend the Assembly in person, the
Sociedad Administradora has enabled the TEAMS Platform (technological means approved by the
Board of Directors of the Management Company, in accordance with the provisions of the Market Commission
Financial, through General Rule N*435 and Official Circular N*1.141, both dated 18
March 2020).
The Ordinary Assembly of Contributors will be held on May 16, 2022, at 3:00 p.m., in order to
to deal with the following matters:
– – Approve the annual account of the Fund to be presented by the Administrator, relating to the management and
administration of the Fund, and related financial statements
– – To elect annually the members of the Supervisory Committee
– – Approve the budget of income and expenditure of the Supervisory Committee and fix its remuneration
– – Appoint the external auditors from a list of three candidates proposed by the Supervisory Committee
– – Appoint independent experts or valuers to value the fund’s investments
– – In general any matter of common interest of the Contributors that is not proper to an Assembly
Extraordinary Contributors.
They will have the right to participate in the Assembly, the contributors who are registered in the Registry of
Contributors 5 working days in advance of the date of its celebration.
The qualifications of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the Assembly, at the place of its
celebration, and at the time at which it is to begin.
