ESSENTIAL FACT
SETF INVESTMENT FUND RENEWABLE ENERGIES CHILE

In accordance with the provisions of article 9″ and paragraph 2 of article 10 of the Law
N*18.045 on the Securities Market, and in accordance with the provisions of Law 20.712 (the
“Law”) and its Regulations, we inform as an essential fact of the INVESTMENT FUND
SETF ENERGÍAS RENOVABLES CHILE (the “Fund”, which dated May 12,
2022, the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors (the “Assembly”) was held in
which were approved following subjects:
A) Cancel the balance of unsubscribed and unpaid quotas of the current issuance of quotas
of the Fund, corresponding to the issue agreed by the Board of Directors of the Administrator
dated July 13, 2021; and
B) Increase the capital of the Fund through the issuance and placement of 55,000,000 quotas of

Same characteristics as those already existing, in the following terms:
Number of installments: 55,000,000 installments.
Placement price: In accordance with Article 28 of the Regulation
Internal to the Fund, the placement price will be calculated according to the quota value of the day
working immediately prior to the date of contribution, in the manner indicated in article
10? of the Regulations of the Law.
Placement period: The placement period will be for the entire duration of the Fund.
Placement: The placement will be carried out directly by the Administrator.
Method of payment: Contributions to the Fund may be paid in Euros, Dollars or pesos

Quotas not subscribed: In case of not being placed all the quotas, and expired the

Installments actually subscribed and paid at the expiration of that period.
Preferential option: In accordance with the provisions of Article 52 of the Regulation
Internal to the Fund and to the provisions of article 36 of the Law, it is proposed that
there is any preferential offer on the quotas issued.
Quota fractions: In accordance with Article 28 of the Rules of Procedure
Internal, the Fund does not contemplate fractions of quotas, for which purposes it will be returned
to the Contributor the remainder corresponding to the fractions of quotas.

It is recorded that this Assembly was self-convened, having ensured that
in advance the concurrence of all the subscribed contributions with voting rights of the Fund,
according to the provisions of article 75 of the Law, so it was not necessary to comply with the
Summons formalities.
