From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on the Administration of
third-party funds and individual portfolios, and items 9% and 10? of the Market Law of
Values, and being duly empowered as general manager of
Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A. (hereinafter the “Administrator”), by the
present inform you as essential fact of Investment Fund Security StepStone Real
Estate Partners IV (hereinafter the “Fund”), in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2.1 of the
number TWO. of Title X of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund, the following:
1. On August 26, 2022, a capital decrease will be made in a single
partiality for a total amount of USD 1,295,402.88 through the decrease in the value of
each of the Fund quotas.
2. The value to be paid for each of the Fund’s quotas shall be as follows:

3. The decrease in the quota value will be made on the trading day prior to the date of payment.

4. The payment of the capital reduction shall be made at the offices of the Administrator,
located at Apoquindo 3150, 7th floor, Las Condes, Santiago, to the contributors who are
are registered in the respective registry on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment.
Such payment will also be made by electronic transfer as indicated by the
contributor.
Finally, it should be noted that the payment for capital reduction will not reduce the number of installments
of each Contributor.
