Ref: Informs of the summons to the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors.
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, in relation to Articles 9 and 10 of
Law No. 18,045, being duly empowered to that effect and on behalf of
Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A. (the “Administradora”), management company
of Fondo de Inversión Security Rentas Inmobiliarias 1 (the “Fund”), hereby,
I inform you that the Board of Directors of the Administrator agreed to summon the Ordinary Assembly of
Contributors of the Fund (the “Assembly”, to be held on May 23, 2022, at 3:30 p.m., in
the offices of the Administrator, located at Avenida Apoquindo 3150, 6th floor, commune of Las
Condes, Santiago, in order to deal with the following matters:
1. To approve the annual account of the Fund to be presented by the Administrator, relating to the management and
administration of the Fund and approve the related financial statements;
2. To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and fix their remuneration;
3. Approve the budget for the expenses of the Oversight Committee;
4, Designate the Fund’s external audit firm, from those registered in the register that
for this purpose it leads the Commission for the Financial Market; and
5. Any matter of common interest of the contributors that is not specific to an Assembly
Extraordinary.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY
They will have the right to participate in the Assembly, the contributors that appear in the Register of Contributors
of the Fund at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date of its conclusion.
PUBLICATION OF FUND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The contributors are informed that the Annual Financial Statements of the Fund and the report of
its external audit firm, were published on the Administrator’s website

REMOTE PARTICIPATION AND VOTING
In accordance with the provisions of the Commission for the Financial Market in the
General Character No. 435 and in Official Circular 1,141, both dated March 18, 2020,
informs the contributors that they will be able to attend and vote in the Assembly by technological means.
Contributors must inform no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 20, 2022, if
participate in the Assembly by these means, by sending an email to the address
assemblies or security.cl, in which they must inform the name of the contributor or representative who
attend and attach the documents that account for his identity and legal status, in accordance with

QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of proxies, if applicable, shall be carried out on the same day of the Meeting, at the place of its
celebration and at the time when they are to begin.
