REF.: INFORMS AGREEMENTS OF ORDINARY ASSEMBLY OF CONTRIBUTORS
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Administration of Third Party Funds and
individual portfolios, and articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, hereby
Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A., duly authorized for this purpose, informs as an essential fact
that on June 2, 2022, the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Security Investment Fund was held
Rentas Inmobiliarias I (the “Fund”), in which the contributors present and represented agreed as follows:
1. The financial statements and the annual account of the Fund for the year then ended
December 31, 2021.
2. Felipe Eterovic Barreda, Andrés Schuler Skalweit and Rodrigo Benavente Araya were elected as
members of the Supervisory Committee.
3. The revenue and expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee was adopted.
4. It was agreed to appoint Surlatina as the audit firm of the Fund for the year ended 31
December 2022.
