Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law
of Securities Market and in Article 18 “of Law No. 20,712, finding myself duly
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of FUND OF
INVESTMENT SECURITY PRIVATE DEBT REAL ESTATE AND EQUITY
PREFERRED (the “Fund”), which Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A. (the
“Administrator”), has resolved to suspend until further notice the holding of the Assembly
Extraordinary Fund Contributors originally cited for May 23, 2022
to be held at Avenida Apoquindo 3150, 7th floor, Las Condes commune, through
Communication sent on May 9, 2022.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the summons to the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors is maintained
of the Fund to be held on May 23, 2022 at Avenida Apoquindo 3150, 7th floor,
commune of Las Condes, at 09:30 hours.
