I hereby inform you as an essential fact of FUND OF
INVESTMENT SECURITY OAKTREE REAL ESTATE INCOME FUND (the “Fund”,
that on January 4, 2023, the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the
Fund, in which it was approved by the unanimity of the present quotas, among other matters,
a first extension of the duration of the Fund for a period of two years, remaining
the Fund with a term of duration until January 18, 2025.
