SECURITY OAKTREE REAL ESTATE REAL ESTATE INCOME FUND
REF: PAYMENT OF INTERIM DIVIDEND
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9″ and second paragraph of article 10? of the Law
N” 18.045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of Article 18″ of Law N*
20.712, and being duly empowered to do so, I hereby come to
communicate to you, as an essential fact, the following:
1. The distribution of a provisional dividend for a total amount amounting to USD
149,524.00.- United States dollars, charged to the results
of fiscal year 2022.
2. The payment of this dividend will be made on January 10, 2023, to those
Series C contributors who are registered in the respective register to the
midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date of payment, in proportion to the number of
installments held at that date, at a rate of USD 0.011166838 for each installment
with right.
3. The payment corresponding to each Contributor will be made by voucher, check or
electronic transfer, as previously instructed by the Contributors.
