From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Administration of
third parties and individual portfolios, and Articles 9 and 10? of the Securities Market Law, and
being duly empowered in my capacity as General Manager of General Administrator of
Fondos Security S.A. (hereinafter the “Administrator”), and in accordance with the provisions of number
TWO. From Title X on “Capital Increases and Decreases” in the Internal Regulations of the
Fund, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Security
Oaktree Opportunities-Debt II (hereinafter the “Fund”) the following:
Due to the above, we put at your disposal the aspects to consider in the
Decrease in capital:
1. The capital reduction shall be carried out in a single instalment on 8 September 2022,
for a total amount of USD 2,385,152.83, through the decrease in the value of each of the
Fund fees.
2. Payment of this distribution shall be made in proportion to the number of shares held by them.
that date, at a rate of USD 0.039626110 for each eligible installment.
3. The reduction of the quota value will be made on the trading day prior to the date of payment of the
capital decrease, i.e. September 7, 2022.
4, The payment will be made at the offices of the Administrator, located at Apoquindo 3150, 7th floor,
Las Condes, Santiago, in cash, check or electronic transfer to whom
are registered in the Contributors’ Registry at midnight on the fifth business day prior to
the date of payment.
