REF.: INFORMS AGREEMENTS OF ORDINARY ASSEMBLY OF CONTRIBUTORS
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Administration of Third Party Funds and
individual portfolios, and articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, hereby
Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A., duly authorized for this purpose, informs as an essential fact
that on May 25, 2022, the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Investment Fund was held
Security Opportunities – Debt II (the “Fund”), in which the contributors present and represented agreed
next:
1. The financial statements and the annual account of the Fund for the year then ended
December 31, 2021.
2. Hugo Caneo Ormazábal, Pablo Errázuriz Cruzat and Igal Magendzo Weinberger were elected as
members of the Supervisory Committee.
3. The revenue and expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee was adopted.
4. It was agreed to appoint Grant Thornton as the audit firm of the Fund for the year ended 31
December 2022.
5. It was agreed to appoint the companies Pivot Advisors and M31 as independent consultants for the
valuation of the Fund’s investments.
