REF.: COMMUNICATES PAYMENT OF INVESTMENT FUND DIVIDEND
SECURITY HOUSING DEBT WITH SUBSIDY
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on the Administration of
third-party funds and individual portfolios, and articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on
Securities market, hereby Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A.,
duly empowered to do so, informs as an essential fact of the Investment Fund
Security Housing Debt with Subsidy, hereinafter the “Fund”, the payment of a
Provisional dividend, according to the following detail:
1. On January 24, 2023, a provisional dividend will be paid, in an amount
Total amounting to $319,000,000.- Chilean pesos, charged to Net Profit
Received from Fiscal Year 2022.
2. The distribution of dividends shall be made in a single instalment according to the following

3. The payment of the provisional dividend will be made to those Contributors who
are registered in the Registry of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day of the following week.
prior to the date on which payment is due, in proportion to the number of instalments
that they are holders on that date.

4. Finally, payment will be made in cash, voucher or bank transfer
bank, in accordance with the instructions given by the Contributors.
