From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Fund Administration
of Third Parties and Individual Portfolios, and articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market,
hereby Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A., duly empowered for this purpose,
informs as an essential fact that on October 13, 2022 the Assembly was held
Extraordinary Contributors of the Investment Fund Security Housing Debt with Subsidy (the
“Fund”), in which the contributors present and represented, who represented the totality of
the subscribed and voting quotas of the Fund, agreed to modify the current text of the
Rules of Procedure of the Fund as regards: /i/ Title IU. “Investment Policy and
Diversification”, and /11/ Title VI “Series, Remunerations, Commissions and Expenses”.
