REF.:_ COMMUNICATES CAPITAL DECREASE AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on the Administration of
third-party funds and individual portfolios, and Articles 92 and 10 of the Market Law
Values, and being duly empowered as general manager of
Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A. (hereinafter the “Administrator”), by the
present inform you as essential fact of Investment Fund Security Debt
Private Automotive (hereinafter the “Fund”, the following:
A. Decrease in Capital
l. In accordance with the provisions of Title X. number TWO. numeral 2.1 of the
Internal Regulations of the Fund, dated March 22, 2023, a
Decrease of capital in a single part for a total amount of $142,220,834, to
through the reduction of the value of each of the Fund quotas.
2. The value to be paid for each of the Fund’s quotas shall be as follows:

B. Dividend Payment
1. Also, on the same date, a provisional dividend shall be distributed in the amount of
$137,779,166, charged to Net Profit Received in Fiscal Year 2023, payment
This provisional dividend shall be made as follows:

The payment of the provisional dividend will be made to those Contributors who are
registered in the Contributors Registry at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date
in which payment is to be made, in proportion to the number of contributions held by that
date.
Finally, payment will be made in cash, voucher or bank transfer,
in accordance with the instructions given by the Contributors.
