Dear Sir or Madam:
By Essential Fact dated May 31, 2022, of the Sartor Investment Fund
Oportunidad y Desarrollo Inmobiliario USA (the “Fund”), administered by Sartor
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), communicated the
agreements adopted by the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, held with
Date May 27, 2022. Due to a transcription error, it was indicated that in said
Ordinary Assembly of Contributors agreed to set a remuneration for the members of the
Vigilance Committee ascending to UF 15 for each of the sessions that are carried out,
with a maximum of 5 paid sessions per year, in circumstances that remuneration
agreed amounts to UF 17 for each of the sessions that are carried out, with a
Maximum of 5 paid sessions per year.
Accordingly, we request that you rectify the Essential Fact of the Fund, of
Date May 31, 2022, as already indicated.
