From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N2 20,712,
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N2 18,045, and Section Il of General Rule N2 30
of the Financial Market Commission, and as agreed at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of
Frontal Trust Administradora General de Fondos S.A., administradora de “Fondo de Inversión Retorno
Preferente Fundamenta Plaza Egaña” (hereinafter, also, the “Fund”), held on this date,
We communicate to you as an essential fact the following:
In relation to the real estate project called “Eco-Egaña” or “Egaña-Sustainable Community” (in
hereafter, the “Project”), developed by the company Plaza Egaña SpA, managed by Inmobiliaria
It bases on the fact that the Fund invests its resources, and on what was informed to the Market by this Administrator.
By essential fact dated April 5, 2022, we inform that, on May 25, 2022, the
company Plaza Egaña SpA filed an administrative complaint with the Executive Directorate of the
Environmental Assessment Service, against Exempt Resolution No. 202213001232 dated April 18,
2022 of the Evaluation Commission of the Metropolitan Region. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the developer
of the Project has reported that it maintains a constructive dialogue with relevant local actors.
