Finally, on account of the Commission’s unfavourable rating reported above, Plaza Egaña
SpA, with this date, sent a notice of early termination to the construction contract of the Project
concluded with Empresa Constructora DLP S.A., due to the impossibility of continuing the execution of the same
for reasons of force majeure, beyond the control of the parties.
