Accordingly, I hereby communicate to you, as an essential fact, the following:
On March 28, 2023, Inversiones Infraestructura Cuatro SpA. (the “Society”,
100% owned subsidiary of the Investment Fund Penta Las Américas Infraestructura Cuatro
(the “Fund”), agreed with Banco Santander Chile the third extension of the credit originally
contracted on March 27, 2019 for 125,000 UF, with original maturity on March 28
of 2021. The maturity of the extended credit will be March 28, 2024. It was agreed
and the extension of the Fund’s financial support agreement. The extension was subject to
its approval by the extraordinary assembly of the Fund, together with the approval of the
pledge on 100% of the Company’s shares, within a period of 60
days from March 28, 2023.
