This Entity, we communicate as an essential fact, that the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial
Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”) in session of
Board of Directors, held on December 21, 2022, agreed on a distribution of
provisional dividends of the Fund to contributors, in the amount of $ 372,000,000
charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
