Ref. Summons to Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Nevasa Gestión Investment Fund
Real Estate VII.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and the provisions of
in articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, we communicate as a FACT
ESSENTIAL, the following:
By agreement of the board of directors of PHI Administradora General de Fondos S.A., an Extraordinary Assembly is summoned
of Contributors of Investment Fund Nevasa Real Estate Management VII, to be held, in first summons, on the day
March 23, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices located at Marchant Pereira 10, 16th floor, commune
of Providencia, Santiago, and in second summons to be held in the same place on March 23, 2023, to
10:30 a.m., in order to submit to the consideration of the contributors the replacement of the Administrator by
NVS Administradora General de Fondos S.A., and adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to
implement the decisions of the Assembly.
They may participate in the Assembly, with the right to speak and vote, the contributors who are registered in the Registry
respective at midnight of the fifth working day preceding the date on which the respective
Assembly.
It is noted that, in accordance with the provisions of General Rule N* 435 of the Commission for the
Financial Market, remote assistance to these will be allowed. In accordance with the above, the directory of the
Administrator agreed and approved the use of technological means and procedures necessary to
prove the identity of the persons participating remotely in the assembly or their power, if any, and
their vote, which will be duly communicated in the relevant summons.
The qualification of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the Assembly, at the place of its celebration.
