Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, being duly empowered, we hereby inform that Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), due to an involuntary error, published a summons to an Extraordinary Meeting of Contributors of the LV – Patio Renta Inmobiliaria Investment Fund, communicated through a summons dated May 10, 2023, which was not approved by the Board of Directors of the Administrator.
By virtue of the foregoing, it is hereby stated for the record that only an Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the Fund will be held on May 26, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at Avenida El Bosque Norte 0177, 4th floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, in accordance with the terms set forth in the aforementioned summons.
