of Law No. 20,712, being duly authorized, I hereby inform
You as an essential fact of Investment Fund LV-Patio Renta Inmobiliaria |, that
On December 22, 2022, it was reported by this same means as fact
essential, the distribution of a provisional dividend for the total amount of
$551,599,499, corresponding to $225,544,131 for series A and $326,055,368 for series A
Series | charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits, having said the above,
we note that the correct series amounts are $227,811,998 for series A
and $ 154,630,319 for the L series.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the dividend indicated will be maintained from
on December 28, 2022 at the offices of the Management Company,
located at Avenida El Bosque Norte N” 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to
Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to Contributors who are registered in the
Respective registration on the 5″ business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number
of quotas held at that date.
