By virtue of the provisions of article 9% and the second paragraph of the
Article 10″ of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to Article 18
of Law No. 20,712, being duly authorized, I hereby inform
You as an essential fact of Investment Fund LV-Patio Renta Inmobiliaria |, that
in the board session of its administrator, Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General of Funds, held on December 21, 2022, the
distribution of a provisional dividend in the total amount of $551,599,499,
corresponding to $225,544,131 for series A and $326,055,368 for series | with charge
to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
December 28, 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to Contributors who are registered in the registry
corresponding to the 5″ business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of installments
that they are holders on that date.
