From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10″ of
the Securities Market Law, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712,
being duly empowered, I hereby report to you as a fact
LV Investment Fund Essential – PATIO Renta Inmobiliaria | (the “Fund”), which with
On May 26, 2022, the following Assemblies of Contributors of the
Merits, in which were adopted, among others, the agreements detailed in
continuation:
A. Ordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1.
The Fund’s annual account for its management and administration was approved.
and its Financial Statements;
It was noted that, considering the results of the Fund reported
at the meeting, there were no Net Profits Received in the year
ended December 31, 2021 subject to distribution
as dividends.
The annual account of the Supervisory Committee was approved;
The members of the Supervisory Committee were elected, which was composed
by the following persons:
11/ Martín Fontecilla Sierralta;
/ii/ Nicole Landerer Leiva; and
/i1i1/ Daniel Espinosa Urmeneta.
It was agreed to fix a remuneration for the members of the Committee of
Surveillance of 15 gross Development Units for each session to which
attend, with a maximum limit of 6 paid sessions per year;
A budget for the Fund’s Audit Committee was approved
until the celebration of the next ordinary assembly of contributors of
200 Development Units;
Appointed as the Fund’s external audit firm for the year
2022 to the company Deloitte Auditores y Consultores Limitada; and

8. It was agreed to appoint as independent consultants for valorisation
of the Fund’s investments in 2022 to BDO and Analytics Lab.
B. Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1. The amendment to Title VIII was approved. “Rules of Government
Corporate” of the Fund’s Internal Regulations; and
2. Other agreements were adopted as necessary to implement the
decisions of the Assembly.
