By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and in the second paragraph of the
Article 10% of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the
General Character N*30, of this Entity, being duly authorized, by
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of LV-Patio Investment Fund
Renta Inmobiliaria |, which in the board session of its administrator, Larraín Vial
Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on June 22, 22 June
2022, the distribution of a provisional dividend for the total amount of
$735,466,000, corresponding to $449,040,500 for series A and $286,425,500 for
Series | charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
June 29, 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to Contributors who are registered in the registry
corresponding to the 5″ business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of installments
that they are holders on that date.
